Your Mayor, Jacqui Church, and local Ward Councillors Crystal Beavis, Mike Keir and Tilly Turner will lead a discussion about local community issues – bring along your ideas & questions.
NOTICE OF MEETING FOR HALL COMMITTEE AGM & CALL FOR NEW MEMBERS:
Your rates pay for the hall so come and find out about your local hall, how it’s run, the groups who use it and the activities available. The hall is a great community asset and it’s in good condition, and we want to keep it so we need new committee members to help run it. If you enjoy serving your community and want to keep our hall open please join the hall committee - the time commitment is small but important for our community.
The AGM business will be short and will cover Chair’s and Treasurer’s reports, the minutes of the last AGM, and committee elections. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting.
REFRESHMENTS:
Home-made soup, buns, tea/coffee, and biscuits will be available.
If you can, please bring a plate for supper – it would be welcome.
